World Heritage Site "Kumano Kodo Iseji" is, Pilgrimage Routes in between Ise Shrine and Kumano.
The highlight of the route goes through Pacific coast; the journey may your day shine with our blue ocean.
The ancient route is still used as a life path by the local people.
The scenary of the ocean, mountains of Kii Mountain Range, mandarin orange groves spread hills, back roads that only the local people use, and everyday living of locals are the highlights of you find through this cycling journey. it is about 23km from Shingu city to Mihama town.
At Shichirimihama, walk a so-called common road with gravel beach where people in Edo era walked.
Roads with up-and-down can still be a fun ride, thanks to the E-bike (electric-assisted bicycle).
Please be assured even someone who does not have confidence in physical strength.
Feel our everyday living with the nature, the blue sparkling waves in Pacific ocean, winds from Kii mountains Range.

There is a paid parking lot at Shingu station.

Please come in with clothing and shoes suitable for riding a bicycle.
Female customers, please come in with trousers (No skirts).

If you do not feel well, please refrain from participation to ensure the safety of guests and staffs.
Tour participants must be able to ride a bike. We recommend that guests without recent experience of riding a bike familiarise themselves through training rides before their trip.
If we believe that a tour participant is a risk to themselves and others through inability to safely ride and control a bike, we may decide that participation in the tour is not appropriate.
Minimum height is 150cm
Maximum height is 185cm
Not recommended for more than 185cm tall person because of the bicycle design
Children can join the tour over 13 years old, who should have sufficient recent experience of riding a bike without training wheels.
Hight must be over 150cm.
Parents must join the tour together if children are under 18 years old.

We may cancel tour due to poor weather or road condition.
If we decide to cancel our tour in advance due to adverse weather conditions, we will inform you via email by 17:30 on the day prior to the tour. Please check your email before you come.
Please be aware that cancellation of your tour on the day, or even during the tour, is possible for safety reasons due to rapid weather changes.
